….Continued!
More sights and sounds as I walk around the site and much artsy stuff lay quietly around the site. Perhaps
Since I have mentioned a thing or two about the expo site itself, I shall roll the Sights and Sounds session without further ado…
Sights and Sounds
Of Symbols & Icons
And I have absolutely no idea how to interpret them!
Wooden Beams?
Not wooden. Think colored cement.
The Beams
A bokeh attempt
Colorful Umbrellas?
Why not look closer in the photo below!
Colorful, yes. Umbrellas, no
Some very fancy colorful decorative that caught my attention
Graphics
Interesting eye catching graphics, which was nonchalantly summed up by my friend as Period Blood in a Clear Box (I do not know to laugh or cry)
Remember?
Are you able to recall the looooong escalator in the previous entry? This view shows how a different perspective makes it appear less lengthy. Perhaps this show that altering one’s perspective could make life better, many times.
Cathedral of “The See”
Known as La Seo Cathedral in Spanish a.k.a. Cathedral of San Salvador Zaragoza. According to wikipedia, visitors will be rewarded with a scenic panoramic view of the city. Go read it up in wikipedia if you fancy details. (Geeky Extras: This shot was made possible from the 2nd floor of the expo site with a 210mm zoom + 2x teleconverter = 420mm zoom. This explains the photo discoloration due to atmospheric and distance factors.)
Mario Vargos Llosa
Is the street some of us hung out after spending time at the site.
Ambar
Was the beer we had in conjunction with steak ala bar style. Smooooooth beer, that.
Chillaxin’
Just us relaxing before the food arrived.
Inside a Public Transport
This shot coincided with the second the bus started moving. Love the motion blur on the inside and out.
Couples Avoiding Kissing
Okay, a couple was avoiding the camera in a courteous manner while the other behind them was actually kissing away. Such contrast in awareness and ignorance. I like it.
Picture of the Day: Peace Out!
Mucked around with an available spotlight. Harsh shadows resulted. I posed!
This entry marks the end of the initial scenes and views of the expo site. So unless there are more in the site that warrants an entry, I hope to be able to show the completed Pavilion, whenever that is so look forward to it!
Next…what lies around the area where I stay? Stay tuned….and at the mean time, go out and have fun!
