What came as a success after many emails is now perpetually stuck to our minds known as Operasi Lebah Dagu, a direct translation of the Bee Chin Operation. Underneath it all, it is essentially a surprise birthday lunch for Bee Chin. Here she is looking surprised! Or so we hoped.

This would be her Bejewelled* made-to-order birthday cupcakes. Very symbolic, won’t you agree?

Naturally, a birthday song was in order.

How BEE-fitting!

A decent group shot for posterity.

Not surprisingly, a predator a.k.a. Sharon lurks and strikes Bee Chin from behind with her “filthy paws”!

The following are shots of Bee Chin with the people who made Operasi Lebah Dagu a success…including the predator in the photo above, of course.

The meal was equally delicious, here are two shots before all the hungry people grabbed the food.
Anyway, *yum*!

Afterwards, the bunch of songbirds decided to go for a Karaoke session. So, off we went! In there, the Primary Songbird almost scared another songbird to death with her cock cork-popping feat. See it for yourself. I sense his fear...too.

But hey, no birds were harmed so cheers to that!

In the midst of it all, two individuals were destined (Read: “paksa-rela” / coerced) to perform MJ’s Thriller dance. In all sporting-ness, here they are basking in all the glory.

Skies were already dark by the time we left and how could we leave without taking some “hamsap/jialat” photos. Viewer discretion is advised.
Here are the hamsap girls.

Presenting the jialat guys.

Last but not least, we certainly hope you had an enjoyable birthday, Bee Chin!
