Bet that you are drooling and real hungry now, right? Well, to satisfy your tastebuds, I found a place back home that serves rather authentic Hong Kong food. Check out Canton-I. Love their decor too!

Wen @ Hong Kong

Dear friends,

Hello there! It has been awhile since I last posted an entry. It was only the other day that someone mentioned there is only one person writing this blog. So, I figured I better do something before I lose half of this blog. Haha, yes, kiasu-ism has just kicked in!

This long awaited entry is about my recent trip to Hong Kong. Enjoy the before and after shots! Before shots were taken by myself using a point and shoot. Credit goes to Way who further enhanced the shots. So, tell me which ones look the best?

My visit to Hong Kong Disneyland's.....e n t r a n c e.

The gigantic Buddha over at Tai Yu Shan

Lan Kwai Fong

I love this enhanced black & white the best! See how a "senget" picture can be realigned. Wonders of Lightroom! It does look like a shot taken from a DSLR. I was told that it is never the camera you use but the photographer's skills. Che wah!

Next, Hong Kong - culinary heaven! Till then, good night people!

Hot Air Balloon @ Putrajaya

It was early in the morning ie. 7am. After driving nonchalantly through 2 toll gates, paying uncalled for “cross road fees” and approximately 30 minutes right before sunlight greeted us, we found ourselves facing those fancy gigantic balloons.

How appropriate this was. Early persons we became. Even if it is for just today.

The next 10 minutes were the most ridiculous ones. “No camera, no entry…wtf dey?” Yes, one of us had to wait on the outside. Phonecamera with Carl Zeiss lens…can or not?

Wait, there is more. What was supposed to be 10 minutes felt like a fraction of it and before I managed 10 snapshots (yes, do not even bother with proper shots), we were shooed OUT. All the while, the DJ kept barking into the microphone like "People without cameras are not allowed into the balloon area" (Phonecamera with Carl Zeiss lens…can or not? *ughh*), "Only 5 minutes left" (5 seconds later) "Marshalls please guide the photographers out".

I tell you...Ridiculous factor level 10!

Then, the balloons took off 1 by 1.

Need a Light, Chump? *Yoga Fire…BOOOOOH*

Amongst the participants, 2 stood out. Simply because they thought floating about the clouds strapped on 2 seats is way cooler than the typical basket carrier. *Basket, they can joke around some more. I’d NOT be acting macho like them lor.*

OFF they went!

What you do not see eventually, is how they crashed into the trees right below them because the wind current was not strong enough and the air pressure was….nah, I kid. *heh*

More hot air balloons!

*HeeHee the Clown*

Most graceful of the lot.

NOT.

Due to my innate ability of snapping ass shots. *Is the black spot…the "OPENING"? NYahAHahAHaahA*

*AHEM*

Heat attacked and boredom loomed as soon as all the other boring ones elevated into the skies. We agreed to disagree that we wasted our efforts of becoming a morning person for that day after all.

Then, kita orang chillout.

And camho-ed.

THE END. Sekian, terima kasih.
